Dr. Gaston completed her degree in optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University, California. As a therapeutic Optometrist and a certified glaucoma specialist, she is able to manage a variety of ocular conditions such as dry eye syndrome, cataracts, glaucoma, and many others. Dr. Gaston is passionate about educating people about their ocular health and encourages active participation from patients in their treatment process. She focuses on a thorough and results-driven approach to eye care, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to cater to the eye problems of her patients.
One of Dr. Gaston's many passions is using different modalities in the treatment of childhood myopia such as multifocal soft lenses, atropine therapy, and orthokeratology. Her goal is to help children utilize their eyes to their fullest potential in order to have a solid foundation for their educational success. A multi-linguist, Dr. Gaston converses fluently in English and Russian. Her linguistic ability allows her to accommodate people from diverse cultural backgrounds. She indulges in open conversation with her patients, making sure she caters to their individual needs. She emphasizes providing quality eye care with an individualized touch, continually researching and educating herself on the various new advancements in optometry to give her patients the best and most comprehensive treatment possible.
